I will have to disagree with you. I'm not trying to fight but there are Some BL chibses manhua that have kissing sences. ( examples :Mo Dao zu Shi/ Ring / Be my pet , and so on ). This story is pretty cute, but I see you don't like the Mc because they are making him femalish..? There are other BL's that are not like that if that bothers you. ( not trying to fighting just saying ) . I could give you some recommendations if you like. ( mdzs has a novel and it's really good. )
If you don’t like the fact that he’s in feminine clothing, don’t read it. I personally don’t see the problem, I don’t think you realize how hard it is to come up with an interesting storyline. This is just to add to the plot.
