I think the ML haters are actually missing the point. We get the FLs side through her monologue, and the body switching gives a deeper view into the MLs situation too. It's clear that both of them have their own sufferings and the FL is surely having it hard. It's true that the ML is quite negligent and rude but that is what all the inferiority complex and the hardships he went through made him.
I think this couple really lacks communication and understanding.
