They did it again. Plus in chapter 40-41, Emperor was arranged to meet another woman, woman makes a move. The Emperor blush because he was thinking of bayan. Then the woman thought he likes her and made her first move. But she was pushed away.
It was so sweet after what happened in chapter 42. She sleepwalking and tried to hurt herself, but the Emperor arrives, instead, he get hurt because he prevented bayad for getting injured. Tho it was just in the hand, ut was pretty deep wound. Bayan didn't wake up her senses yet, she keep calling her mom. Then Emperor said to call his name instead and said that he's by her side, why won't seh call his name. Then she said "your majesty" .
In the morning, Emperor sleep beside bayan. Bayan woke up first, when she face Emperor, she noticed there are blood on her hand. Them she look at the end of Emperor and it was still bleeding. Emperor loose a lot of blood, and still unconcious. The royal physician wasn't able to heal the Emperor's wound, but bayad poured her blood on Emperor's hand. They tried giving Emperor a medicine but Emperor won't open his mouth. Emperor still didn't wake up. So bayan bite her tounge and give it to Emperor, mouth to mouth. Then Emperor woke up.
Bayan keeps on crying. Then Emperor said a lot of amazing words. It was really amazing. If it's was me, I'll feel encourage. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

I think the reason why Damian is acting like that to Princess because he just wanted to protect her. And probably the reason why their engagement was call off because of Damian. It's obvious Demian likes princess but he wants princess to stay away from him, like hate him. Damian obviously think he's not worth it, he's not good enough for princess. So the reason why he's being cold to her because he doesn't want to tarnish her reputation by getting engaged with him, he prefer if the princess hates him, he'd rather be hated so he can protect the princess in shadow.
Yes, his attitude is really rude, however, for some reason I can understand him. To protect someone you love, I'd rather be hated.
While sybil, according to SPOILER he's the demon king. He's basically deceiving the both of them. Plus why did he attacked the princess kingdom. Demon king was the reason why the princess engagement with that carrot hair called off, he's the reason why a lot of her people was injured, he's the reason why the princess must suffer to go to where the demon king is, most importantly he's the reason why hes precious brother is in that state, he took his heart. A very cruel action. So I will never ship her to sybil.
Well, even if people ship sybil and princess, the 2 of them won't end up together.

Chapter 48- Emperor was kinda disappointed when bayan was talking about getting another concubine, she says it's okay as ling as not the same clan from her. He ask if she was okay with it. Then she answered with different answer, she said "Honestly, I don't like you having another woman/concubine. But I can't do anything about ot. It's the law here". Emperor still disappointed, because bayan is okay with him sleeping with another woman.
Then she gave the red marble to the Emperor, token of her feelings for him. It's something if you swallow it, you'll be together forever. She said at first, she only need strength, but now. She wants full of his majesty. She said she wants him to be completely hers. She practically confess her feelings for him this time. She said she want to stay by his side, and if the time that Emperor feels the same way as her, she wants him to swallow the red marble/shinju, so that they'll be together forever. She even said, she can wait, until the Emperor feels the same way about her.
But of course the Emperor didn't swallow the shinju/red marble yet. Because Bayan still needs to finish her goal, which is revenge. Then the Emperor said "it seems like you're not the one who needs to waits, its me" "tell me when you finished, then we'll be together forever" means the time he'll swallow the shinju. Then after he said that, she confimed that Emperor also feels the same way.
He said to slow down, he's not going anywhere, wand he'll just wait for her. But if she looks to anything else (look for another man) she'll get in trouble lol. She said she don't have any men to look at.
Chapter 50 is the last chapter for Season 1. Minister still pestering him to get another concubine. I wish he won't get another :(

he should just kill those ministers tbh, they just want to test the waters that maybe he'll change his mind and favor one of their relatives so they'll climb up higher. You really don't need another concubine unless the first concubine that you favored didn't bore a child or the child is a girl but they're greedier than we thought.
