She's either the princess or she knows the princess before her memory loss. When the twins asked for her name she said "Lucien..." now this could easily be interpreted as her being unable to finish her name (Luciencia) and passing out but then it could also be her calling out to the missing princess. They could have been together before being separated.
Another interesting thing is that a kid in the earlier chapter said that drinking the beer could change hair color. If that's true, that could be the reason for Lucien's different hair color. Their eyes are already similar enough. So Lucien could really be Luciencia.
Another thing to note: Tina the fake princess said she wouldn't lose to someone who has been asleep all this time which leads to us assuming the real Luciencia should be in coma. Yet when the ML was drugged and he saw Lucien, he said "You came back to me." So it could also be interpreted that he is hiding the fact from Tina that Luciencia is not in coma, but actually is missing or had ran away (considering Lucien was wearing male clothes at first).
But then here comes the ML's ignorant ass... if he really loved her, why couldn't he recognize her face? I'm sure I'd recognize the face of the person I loved even if their hair had changed. Also... her voice? Isn't that a dead giveaway? So there's still the possibility that she ISN'T Luciencia.
Or maybe the ML is just a big ol dumbass.

However interesting it is that this is told from the ML's pov, I just don't feel the connection between the characters. Her family is trash and idek if they really love her. Her father and brother easily hits her when they're angry and her other brother resorts to violence as well. It feels weird to see the brother who hit her (and didn't even apologize I believe) hug her and be good to her. But then on the next chapter, goes crazy on her again.
I'd like to believe that she isn't what she seems and that she's actually more intelligent that she lets out to be, but I'll have to wait for that progress too. We as readers have no idea what or how she thinks so it's kinda interesting on that aspect.
The ML has awful vices but he did just get dragged by her whims. Hector Avery is fishy af too and that's just it... the only character that I can tolerate is that blue haired friend of the ML (Daniel Bayrun?). He seems to be the only genuine character here. Everyone else is fishy, aggressive or assholes.
