It kind of is. Yeah Bum was a creepy stalker before, but he ended up being held captive against his will and was even trying to escape. Now he doesn't want to leave Sangwoo and trusts him when he acts kind

you know that most of that is actually because of the awesome scanslators - who often volunteer to bring us all these amazing mangas in a way we can read them - and not because of the fantastic author, right? (●'◡'●)ﾉ
Well, the translators did say themselves that the reason is not just because of them, also because the author, Yamamoto Kotesuko just takes a while to upload, and also because she has to focus on more than one work.
