This is what I'm getting, Aruko is an elite, high ranking demon. To look for Yonosuke he left his position. (Like a 'vacation'.) During that time he's fallen in love with Ryoichi. Ryo wonders if he can also have a kid but because a demon can't have a child with the living, its impossible. If Ryo died and went to hell then it'd be possible I guess. Now a new character comes in & is telling him that the king has a new decree. So he basically has to go back to work. Vacation over :( Ryo is scared that he won't see him again, 100 years go by so fast for demons, but for him its a life time. Aruko is sad that he knows Ryo will die in the end due to age. And doesn't want Ryo to be held back on living his life if he stays with Aruko. So we all thought that it'd end with them happy & having a child together. But reality sets in that Aruko is still a demon with a high ranking job. And Ryo is a human with a human life span.

Leon’s back story is kinda eh, like nothing big. Like yeah the guy you likes never had feelings for you and is getting married to someone even though he had been having sex with you A CHILD for awhile now. I thought by the way Leon acts he had been gang raped or something. Or maybe i don't see it as anything because im a little fucked in the head.
Yeah, his past was traumatic, but you don't act like how he does because of it. Raping people has no good reason.
