This manga has me questioning myself. Like I continue to make excuses for both of them, when really they need to be in a prison or mental hospital. I feel like how I think Bum felt when sangwoo punches him then turnt around and had sex with him. Or when Bum tried to kill himself because he was disgusting... I just can’t.
Because Sangwoo punched and raped Bum after saving their asses in the police station for no reason, told Bum that he's disgusting after hearing his past resulting to him trying to kill himself and Bum is a life-long physically, sexually mentally and emotionally abused victim.

Maybe because we feel like it's not entirely their fault that they end up the way they are. It's not as if Sangwoo's a born sociopath, his environment made him that way. Same with Bum who just needs someone to accept and love him. We wish things could have been different for them.

That makes me feel a little better but than I think about the Uncle. I have no sympathy towards him and even if they said he was abused when he was a kid I would probably still hate him. Maybe it’s because we actually see what happened to them BUT even still I know I’m just making excuses for them.
I honestly feel bad for Bum, because in contrast to his uncle or Sangwoo, he didn't became abusive, he didn't want to hurt others.
Maybe it's just because I relate to him except the Stalking stuff, which was because he seeked affection though, not because he intended to harm anyone.

I don't think the things happened to the Uncle go as far as leaving him with emotional trauma. It looked like his acts were mostly driven by his lack of control over his rage and hatred. And he's a drinker who mistook his nephew as his ex-lover. I cannot feel any compassion towards him so far either
Excuses? You mean... You think they belong together as they are regardless of their harsh childhood? Match made in hell, as so they call them? I think that's normal. I ship hellish couple too sometimes, and they make great fanfictions. But this one I'm not sure.
