Since I'm not the author, I couldn't tell you exactly what's going on, but if you look at how Arte talks, acts, thinks around Eunwoo, he's almost referencing that he.did something really bad when they were younger. As I said to another person , why would he want to bring up something that possibly hurt Eunwoo, the guy he.loves, back up when he's happy and living on with his life?
