bro from the back story to the characters design, this story is amazingly written. honestly i had no complaints, though i wanted the crown prince to become the emperor it still had an amazing conclusion. very few historical manhwas give a conclusion to all characters of a story but this one truly out did it self. the plot and storyline was excellently written. this deserves more attention cause it really might be one of the best historical manhwas there is

no wonder her ass got taken advantage of and sacrificed in her first life. the moment she came back in time she should have taken off the mask and stop pretending to be her bitch ass sister. but no, for whole 50 fucking chapters she wears the mask still pretending to be her sister, the prince knows her real identity and trying to help her n shes acting as if “oh he couldnt possibly know” hes a powerful wizard ? how tf could he not know. this story is stupidly written., theres so many ways she could have gotten back at her family literally tell the world shes the real saint, taken her name off her family registry, accept the princes marriage proposal and marry into the imperial family or simply reveal what her father and sister did and make them get charge for treason against the real saintest but noooo her dumbass decide shes gonna wear the mask and still play out her father and sisters wants like how tf is that gonna lead to revenge…utter BULLLLSHIIIITTTT
Honestly, same. I read it wondering if I was thinking too badly of her for no reason, but it doesn’t make sense. She refused the Prince to get revenge by herself but at one point she was totally powerless against her father and the high priest. By the end, she got her revenge mainly because he helped. While at moments she would just talk about how scared she was of her father.
this story is so fucking ass, the plot and idea is amazing but written so badly because why tf did it practically take a whole 30 chapters for estelle and the male lead to properly meat and why tf is everyone obsessing over her ?. i understand shes a mercedes and its according to the story but the valois ducal family is doing waaaay too much like the youngest brother is OD and sumn bout the fl just annoys me. i dont like her and shes boring and lame, nothing stands out about her, infact everyone in this story is bland and porley written except for the the villianess….the characters are so “typical” considering it took 30 fucking chapters for the duke to introduce him self you can just tell it will be unnecessary slow burn and im not in for that…what a damn waste, such an amazing concept of a story and nice art yet poorly written and executed
the art style is simply ELITEEE and gosh i love the ML and the resilience of the FL
at first i didnt have hope for it because of how the story was first established, it felt entirely rushes and the chapters always ended so abruptly but i ended up seeing it through, it went beyond my expectations and it actually developed nicely; i think the fl’s sister was an realistic villain because there are some people just like her in real life. im glad they also showed them years later having a family but i wish the author would have done justice with the side characters romance
at some point in the 40s chapter i gave up…i swear it feels like the ml and fl is just running around in circles like there were so many chances they got where they could have done its like the author just wants to tease and the plot keeps going all over the place like damn get tf on with it and come to a conclusion…this story is dumb
they could have given us a little bit more romance before the end of season 1

to be honest the concept, the art and the plot is great and all but this story had way more potential and could have went in a different direction in terms of the villain and protagonist development. at some point, I got bored reading in the the 50s chapter and eventually just skimmed through
