Saw this in an FB post and got disgusted with all the men saying how “lucky” the MC is. Having been friends with guys who were raped I saw how the experience changed and distorted them. So I find those unforgivable.
Anyway, I like this series. It actually showed good insight on how it is to be a male rape survivor. Most of the stories here kinda mirrors what my friends shared to me throughout the years. Their struggle for “normality” continues even up to now in our adulthood making romance a hard thing to achieve. But like his friends, seeing them conquer things one by one makes me proud.
The next arc still hasn’t captured me just yet. I thought that if there was a new arc that asexual boy would have been a great MC for it. But who knows it might get better in the end.
The MC is an asshole and I think Taeshin was a sweetheart albeit a bit obsessive. The ML is kinda scary.
But I love it. The suspense, the tension. It’s actually quite a long time since I read something so engaging.
Since I did not understand the raws, I thought that the ML deliberately rejected the MC but it seems he was just immature and did not fully understand his feelings at the same time the situation got muddled up with how different their struggles are with the ML being very privileged and all. So yeah kinda glad I understand how it broke down here.
Okay I just realized how much biased I am with having a smaller bottom and bigger top but I am glad I gave this a few chapters more. They grew on me and I have to say I liked that the bigger guy is the bottom. And I love their cute dynamic and how they are both falling in love.
Red haired dude you timing is off. If you had tried your best from the start things would have been easier for you. But now you have a roval that treats the MC much better. Well, hope he stops being an ass and try his best to be earnest with his feelings.
Okay I read this a long time ago when it only had like around 5-10 chapters and those were not official translations yet. I dropped it because I though aiden would become an asshole.
I decided to pick it up again and read it from the start and oh boy was I wrong. They would wind up to become one of the cutest couples I’ve ever read. My gosh aiden was so cute when he was threatening to bulldoze Mr. Na’s previous company because they were working him too much.
Can I be honest that I want to see more of the Beta and the sunbae because:
1. The sunbae is hotter than the alpha
2. i am more invested with the beta’s family drama.
The alpha is just a useless piece of shit who thinks with his dick.
At first, I kinda thought this would be a dark comedy focusing on cheating etc but it wasn’t comedy at all. It’s just a stupid alpha cheating. I really got pissed off when he lost concern for hus actual boyfriend. I mean sure the beta cheated too but it was a by-product of the alpha cheating and being all distant and stuff.
Oh my the first chapter I thought thisbwould be your usual ordinary guyX celebrity pairing where they just fuck and someone finds out then they get together in the end. I mean it still followed that formula but it kinda felt cute and refreshing. Maybe because both MCs are really cute together. The MC is kinda goofy and funny and yet he is too cute and innocent and straightforward. The ML could have been a douchebag but he wasn’t. He did not hide how much he likes the MC. Idk i like it.
You know what. Joohyuk should lament not being able to be with the MC. He clearly has feelings for him and failed to actually act upon them properly. Instead he blackmailed the MC and gave him a hard time. So the MC deserves this new black haired, hot guy. Good for him.

Hell yeah! We all knew this was going to happen. Anyway, this could go both ways. Either Jaekyung is a full red flag, and hurts Dan more on the process of getting him (and the manhwa portrays this as a type of love from him which is quite popular in BL unfortunately). Or he evolves into a very bright green flag just like how that guy was from BJ Alex.
Either way tho imma keep waiting for this series.

I used to love this and I still do. Did make me cry a lot when I first read, but revisiting this after years, I kinda wished they did not have sex when the boy was still young. It would have made the story much more compelling.
I am actually glad that this author has actually progressively become better at writing these things tho (Blue Sky Complex was really good).
Okay I can kinda see why people are saying taesoo is a red flag because he is. But at least he was straightforward with his intentions(or he came out straight that he only wants sex). It kinda sucks for yeomin tho.
But I can kinda see Taesoo not realizing he is falling slowly for yeomin since yeomin is such a cute and pure cotton ball that you want to protect.

Chapter 6 is kinda okay-ish with the direction focusing more on Paris’ conflict with his family and him running away. I kinda get the characters like Adam and Julian since they are just horned up teens who does not know the concept of open relationships yet or that they have really fucked up backstories. But I can’t still root for them nor is it enough for me to be okay with them entirely. Their friend group is just a mess. But kinda funny that I am still invested lol.
I kinda like the scene Paris was taking out his anger on Amanda but still wished her to get well at the end. Lol. That was cute.
I think the story is trying to frame Cameron as an unhealthy escape for Paris and Adam is changing for the better making him the better choice. But if I were Paris, to hell with both of them. Imma live on my own terms and find a nice guy in college lol.

The knly compelling story is probably Paris’ home situation with his homophobic dad. Everything else is kinda like an afternoon soap opera. Julian and Adam are the worst. Hope they just end up with one another being unhappy and cheating periodically.
