It's definitely worth a read. So far the flow and pace is exactly the same as the novel so i wouldnt deem it necessary but as usual with these types of things the novel gives a more detailed insight to characters and motivations (plus it's way further ahead)
Is the novel r15 too? The manhwa here has a shonen ai tag so I was wondering... not that it matters for me if the story is good but at least i know if its nsfw
It is r15. There may be a NSFW version for it, but I don't think so... (sorry I read a lot and sometimes forget which ones have them and which ones don't especially since I'm not in korea so I can only read the r15 ones lol)
I've only found translations of the r15 version so I have no idea if there is or is going to be a r18 version.
