Never mind, someone else cleared it up for me in another thread: though Roxana and Dion did make some sort of deal, what Roxana agreed to give him was something else apparently, not sex. They told me that we'll find out what she agreed to do for Dion later on in the story, but that it wasn't what I thought it was.
