I probably asked this before but my memory is shit, how old is Nakyum again? Is the author purposely trying to make him seem very childish. The relationship with the seungho is already toxic but I get a little pedophilia vibe sometimes because NK is like a child and Seungho is very much an adult.
Nope, but I wasn’t cooled for that one either. I am talking about the one where someone started talking about the things the author needs to change about this manhwa, and I got pissed off because by this point everyone knows that in this manhwa there’s abuse, and trauma for the main characters since this is a dark BL, and everything that has happened here were the intentions of the author. They also spoke about they wanted a new Love interest for Na Kyum to act all lovey lovey and healthy with when this manhwa is not fluff to begin with, plus adding a new love interest is stupid considering how Seungho and Na Kyum’s relationship has started to advance. Plus I am sure, many of us do not want a Love or Hate of love triangle here so that’s big hell no from me. In conclusion, If people don’t like the way the story is turning out or the characters, they need to be reminded that they chose to read it and they can drop it anytime and go read fluff like they initially wanted.
Yes, it is illegal for the author, especially Korean authors to make their characters underage in a explicit story like this.
Here’s a forum that posted the content of an article regarding this issue:

Are we gonna talk about how he did that in his sleep though
well what I'm saying is that the story isn't treating what Suha did as rape. Suha himself seems to think that the director wouldn't be particularly bothered by it (and he's keeping it a secret because he feels embarrassed, not guilty). And we know they've had a fair amount of sex off-screen. So it's not totally strange that they may have discussed somnophilia or had an understanding that it was okay.
I definitely think that this is a case of the author having somewhat unhealthy ideas about consent. Either that or they're being irresponsible about how they depict in the story. It definitely makes me feel concerned that younger readers will get the wrong idea about what is and is not okay in a relationship though.

Trying to read it but I can’t get passed his physical appearance, how old is the uke?
