When I first learned that Eugene is the ML, I thought, “ahm, no.” But after reading the manhwa itself, it’s not as bad as everyone thought. I mean, they didn’t really grew together (in the current timeline). They were together for only a year when they were kids, and met up again as adults. Eugene’s only hope was Hari when they were kids, that’s prob why he’s still holding onto her even now. To me, they seem more like childhood friends rather than step siblings （￣へ￣）
