I love how the MC knows when to show mercy, compassion, but still punish the way he seem fit. There's a reason why he was the Murim Alliance Leader for so many yrs and the strongest man til he die y'all. He's the very definition of how Orthodox Sects should be. This is prolly one of the best well-written Alliance Leader ever made!

Wow, I really didn't expect to love the Cult Leader as much as I did here. Usually, on stories where heirs fight for the Young Lord position, I end up hating the Leader. But this one, his character is so well written. He knows he's revered as a God, tries his best to act like one, but then he also ended up having a surprising character development! He was slowly getting more involved, becoming more grounded, even without him knowing. I read this in one straight go, and his character always fascinates me whenever he appears (well, one thing is, I love his design, but how well the author wrote and made him too). Definitely my favorite character in the series. (▰˘◡˘▰)

Idk, i been watching anime n reading manhwa/ga/hua, anything for so many yrs. When I'm bored, I read whatever no matter how trashy it is. Mostly to observe just how trashy a story can be. Y'know, watching where it ends lmaooo. This is one of those moments. I read this in one go. I kept on side eyeing the whole time, mostly to the older brother. Like, he's so deep into his psychotic obsession to MC, that his moral compass is almost nonexistent or maybe just plainly twisted. Every BS that comes out of his mouth is so amazing lmaooo.
