And oh my god i literally had goosebumps not because it is creepy or what, but because the storyline (so far) is sooooooo damn good! I know it’s too early to judge this but this really has a potential to be serialized as a drama.
In the original story, Rael and Ishid are in love with each other and Yunifer is the villain. But during FLs reincarnation (current timeline), it was seen in ML’s memories that he somehow loathes or hated Rael (it was not directly stated, but the way ML looks at Rael and his impression with her in the academy was not that great.)
This thing confuses me. If the reincarnated Yunifer has nothing to do with ML and Rael yet in the academy (during the earlier years when Yunifer reincarnated), why does it seem that ML hated Rael early on? (Im just at ch19 and i dont know if this is a loophole in the story or will br explained later on)
I think the story changed because of the fact that Yunnifer was reincarnated. We don't know much about the school life before our Yunifer's timeline, so maybe she was a different person(probably not very nice with all those daddy issues) back then and didn't catch Ishad's attention. Making Rael the object of his affection instead. But because in this timeline, Yunifer was different and therefore acted differently. As she was always avoiding Rael, it paved the way for her encounters with Ishad. Like when she was at the tree crying and he shared his mana with her. And because he was solely focused on her, he saw Rael, who kept trying to get close to her as a nuissance. I feel like in the original timeline he probably hated Yunifer the same way he hates Rael now

But according to FL’s memory in the novel she read in her previous life, the ML basically used FL in his evil schemes and also killed her. Does that mean that ML was “originally” evil and twisted and did not love FL in the novel, but because of FL’s reincarnation, he had a change of heart in the current timeline and was now “different” from the one in the novel? Can someone help me with this cause im really confused af.
