How is he trash? he laid his feelings bare to mc and acknowledged that what info he kept from mc hurt him. He also let's mc process his emotions first. Am I missing something? If I do, kindly pls let me know in the replies. Thx

He's not entirely trash - more like certain actions of his is trashy, similar with his attitude and laid-back nature in the face of MC's humiliation/rage. Ofc no one wants to deal with someone blowing up at them, but if you care for the person and know you're in the wrong, why would you tell them "to keep things professional" following that confession? Plus he's pretty clingy, but still dodges telling his feelings outright to MC until he sees MC getting overwhelmed with his own emotions, which felt kinda manipulative. In addition, he did switch careers for the guy, didn't tell him that, choose the moment they're stuck on a project together (which he planned for/trapped him in) to tell him the account (which MC believes wholeheartedly humiliated his professional work and passion, even if it was done somewhat tastefully, no one likes the feeling of being copied and then famous for being made fun of) which prevented MC from thinking things logically in a professional setting cause he couldn't get away from the guy! Though now, I can barely defend mc because his dick is doing more talking than his brain. That time with the meal should have led to a more serious conversation where he had his head screwed on instead of careening into lust after not getting some for a few chapters.
