Dunno much about the father but after mc's word of working in game company the sis actually got a part time job there, and mom realize her own mistake and suggest ML to live other place first because they need space/separation. So ML live with mc in the latest chp, the sis still talk with the clover and mention the clover watch to that person

well like u said that small detail was just entirely to confuse the reader and even if not then honestly it could be boiled down to the fact that ppls hair can get darker with age

I'm sure the author probably didn't intend it but there's actually a lot of babies born with blonde hair and blue eyes that darken over time. Genes are wild, they might suddenly turned on or off as you age so many blondes become brunettes while their once blue eyes might shift to green or brown also.

I was asking in the context of the story, and the in-universe reason why winter is important in the story.
Of course google has the scientific research as to why but that will not answer my question for the story since the story has a magically dragon that can start an ice age on a whim who they themselves don't see the important of their major power

Because she is actively going after him while married and stirring up more shit. If she was pursuing him while he was in the middle of divorcing or just divorced, I'd say nothing about it. Or if he showed interest in her and was willing to cheat on his wife then I'd say they deserved each other.

This just looks like a lack of heavy communication between couples, and if they talk it out and lay all their feelings on the table, and decide to go their separate ways because they each want different things then I'm all for it
