This manga was from 2011, and it hasn't aged well in some respects. When this manga was released, rape was a subject that was still socially acceptable to refer to in a joking manner.
It's not a good thing and I would never frame it as such, but it doesn't change the fact that it was still considered ok to joke about it 10 years ago. Only in the past few years has rape started to be addressed with the level of delicacy and seriousness with which it always should have been treated. This is thanks to a shift in societal perception following multiple public awareness campaigns (like the "Me too." movement). People finally began to understand that these "jokes" hurt very real victims of a very serious crime, and stopped using the term flippantly for laughs. That it's unpleasant for some to read now, means that the people trying to create positive change in our society have found some success in their endeavors.
