First of all, they were still children when they died. Not only was the situation they were thrown in random, but it was traumatic. For all they know they dont have any abilities. They werent from that world either and arent taught about it. Young adults still think about what people say about them. It's not just a kid thing.

Honestly throughout the book uke has been a disappointing...I know you went through hardship but the way he act toward dojin and byul is the worst especially when byul still in the belly or just when he know that he’s pregnant...thought after all this time he will be more confident and more mature..I hope he won’t make a stupid choice bcus it can affect byul a lot...
