It’s actually pretty complicated. In terms of closeness NO HAHA probably the opposite. Mikasa becomes more independent, but that is because she UNDERSTANDS Eren better- as human, with both cruelty and kindness. By understanding someone, you learn to disagree with them, to be more independent.
Mikasa and Armin saw Eren in this romanticized and heroic light before, and as a result, they chose to ignore his depression/pain.

I honestly love this couple so much that I want to punch a baby in the face okay. But we cannot deny what He-Tian has done in the past. We can look at this subjectively and say that his actions were just “jokes” and “play fighting” but if we look at it how it is. He-tian is a dude that has physically hurt Mo in the past several times. and I’m not doing to say Mo was any less bad because that girl also threw some punches. But anyway, they have been physically violent towards each other n if we didn’t see them as Mo and He tian n saw the situation for what it is. Then it’s not healthy.
