what i was saying is that "by this time" Seungho could've had his character development arc. i wasn't implying nor insisting that it has to be now. yknow, the plot already established him and any time around these Chapter numbers would be great for a C.D. but as we may have seen, it's not the case thus I think his C.D. would be a bit farther from what we could expect.
