As in we can't really grasp the story, as so few chapters have been translated. At the moment, the biggest conclusion is having sympathy for Jade. The ghost figure seems to have conflict with his patient, but there hasn't been enough to go on to make any clear speculations.
All that build up then it suddenly climaxed in one chapter and ended in another.
