How did chase realize it’s his omega and that he has a kid?
Josh told him all of that at the end of the main story, because chase cried and want to end his life, he thought josh was leaving him and reunited with Pete's mother
He doesn't realize anything because he has no clue about omegas as he doesn't like sex. He only ever did it with MC. He realized MC was omega when he saw a woman with caesarian scar and remembering that MC also has that scar. Then he asked MC about it. only in the last chapter is where Mc decided he'll marry ML that he wants to introduce their kid and tell him that its their kid shocking ML

The poster above mentioned the scar, but that was a possibility he discaded, he thought it was coincidence that there was a scar, because he has other scars, too.
Short time after that Chase was kidnapped. When they came to rescue him and fought the kidnappers, the communicater on Josh's ear fell off, he used it aside from a band aid to cover his mark...and Chase noticed the mark ( he wasn't aware that it was his mark^^). After that his collegues and Chase knew that he was an omega.
As for Pete, Josh told him in the last chapter of the main story, after Chase tried rescue Pete from a dog, and Chase is really afraid of dogs.
