The time manipulation guy might be between the giant softie who wants to be the villain's friend, or the white hair guy. The white hair guy's ability looked like regeneration, but perhaps it looked like so because he is only focusing on a single object/person? While the time where the whole class was turned back in time was because he had unconsciously released his powers each time the villain guy gets close. Remember how he was able to feel the "chilling" presence of the villain each time he's close? His ability might've released itself without him realising as a self-defense mechanism. However, I have doubts concerning this theory as the white hair guy clearly have pink aura each time he uses his ability. If he really was the time manipulation guy, shouldn't the pink aura spread throughout the whole classroom when time manipulation occurs? Whereas we don't know much yet about the giant softie so there is a possibility of him being the person too. Though, I personally feel like the giant softie should be the time manipulation guy. I mean, a villain with psychic abilities, a coward yet kind student with regeneration ability, AND a mysterious giant softie who insists on becoming friends with the villain with time manipulation ability. I have no doubt this would be the most interesting trio I've seen in a while, IF the theory is proved to be correct.
I'm sorry but what i think is that the softie dude you mention is actually more of a physical enhanced ability or no ability at all just a ordinary guy with blessed strength and he probably witnessed the MC's power already in a way that helped him this makes him feel devoted for him as for the white hair dude i think he is more between a soul restoration or a medium or something related to spirit that is why he is still able to remember the feeling or what happened because death still lingers in his memory or the soul. The author here in this manga seems smart so I dont think they would make it easy for us to identify who the time ability user is but my though is that the mc is the time manipulator itself like when he killed someone this triggers his power to think that the mc would get in trouble so they automatically reset him back to a safe time that is why he gets more tired when the time returned even when this should actually result to him gaining back his stamina since he returned to the past is it not how it suppose to be? I mean when you look at it he seems very adept with his power very much focus and not bothersome for him at all but using his automatic power certainly would wouldn't it? Or it could just actually be another character introduced later
I also had the same theory about the villain having psychic ability AND the time manipulation ability. Since the villain looked like he have no problem whatsoever in controlling his powers, why did he become tired each time he uses it in a loop? If he IS the time ability user, it makes sense for him to be tired considering he's activating two powers at the same time. So I'm also betting on that theory. And the theory on the giant guy being the time manipulation ability user was just my personal wish rather than a theory ^^" He DOES look like the kind of person that would have physical-related abilities. I DO hope the author is smart enough to give a twist no one would be able to guess to throw us the fuck off ^^
