i can already sense that Gitae might have had a connection with the ghost during her lifetime. considering she lived in the Joseon dynasty, it raises the possibility that the man from Sarin’s past could be Gitae’s previous life. if that’s the case, the Gitae we know now would be the reincarnation of someone Sarin once knew. while this idea is intriguing, i hope the story doesn’t follow such a predictable path. a more unexpected twist would be refreshing. perhaps instead, Gitae’s ancestors were intertwined Sarin’s past life, playing a vital role in her history? well this is just my assumption for now since we’ve only seen bits of the story.
