You can say he'll gain strength but not powerful enough to whoop the villain's asses all by himself. The reason is his plate is too weak to hold all of the ancient power in his possession without dealing with the drawbacks, lmao. Also, it's hard to gauge the strongest one here for the characters are stronger than Cale. But he's the best commander and strategist there is, so I strongly suggest reading this. The story is interesting by itself but it gets so much better as it progresses. I love how the characters interact with each other and the way the mc breaks the stereotypes of every shit we know. Also, the misunderstandings are quite strong in this one and that makes everything better.
