I think that even IF, big if, she saves him they wont end up together just like blind date guy said he wont end up together with his first love. Saving him or not saving him will have a certain effect on the storyline and possibly the ending but I think the way they will make the story end is with a bitter reality that even if you change the past the future will always be set to some extent. I hope she does end up happily with someone else, preferably blind date guy since their chemistry is hilarious, but if the story does end up with her being together with her first love I'll support her all the way
