People with irregular periods due to heavy exercise and stuff normally can't get pregnant anyway. They basically train so much they begin to build more testosterone than estrogen. Even women who are body builders and shit have this issue and the ones who actually can have children normally have insane complications and other issues that make it very hard to have kids.
