(i’ve read diamond no ace, major, kuroko no basketball - it was okay but tbh not great. reading blue lock too caught up to the latest chapter, some what interesting ish)
tried prince of tennis and slam dunk but dropped due to the ecchi(?) tone in the manga. be blues feels a little to realistic and sad which is why i dropped too
so would like that the recommendations do not have those tones in it

(currently at c.69) okay i came here thinking it’s gna be intense/plot heavy yakuza kind of manga but got fluff, slice of life kind of manga. and i love it - they are all so cute (≧∀≦)

chapter 98 i can’t take this anymore the angst is not the good kind. it’s just down right frustrating. it feels so tiring to have feelings for daon and he is tbh q unlikable.. jaemin is just manipulative and imo soohyun and sunghyeon deserves someone better than daon
love the concept, overall a great and pretty interesting read. just that towards the end where yeon’s soul merged w arkya feels weird. ig they wanted to show that yeon is always w arkya and is supporting him. but i would have hoped that yeon found his own happy ending it could be maybe he became a reaper and found a new love there.. someone that could heal him like how arkya is to vince.

i’m at chapter 48 & jeez the mc is so dumb??????? he was like i shouldn’t work cos idk when the ML will be back but still took the uniform and changed??? and was like i need to leave before sunset (before the ship sail) but got so distracted and missed it and the ship sailed away??? like what??? feels like a v forced plot for the MC and ML to meet on the ship. but rlly zero logical sense even if you wna say the MC is naive this is common sense bruhhh. like what if the ML is not on the ship came back and find him missing plus the entire time MC wna be w the ML and wna follow him on this ship to the south but then made such a dumb decision. okay end of rant ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
i see the idea and there’s potential but could be better in terms of solving the issue both externally and internally. felt pretty rushed tbh. but the art is great.
some examples are; the s-class guide as sweet as honey, my guildmate next door, the grown dog bullies it’s owner, regas, nerd project, don’t mess with the puppy!, guiding hazard, dawn of the dragon, pheromone phobia, perfect buddy, the man who can’t taste
overall lighthearted and fun but with rlly good underlying plot, story does not start heavy but (can eventually lead to being heavy/angst etc when the plot thickens)
open to various genres including but not limited to; omegaverse, guidverse, fantasy, streamers, schoollife, pastlife, rebirth, worklife etc
