It's not being lazy. The author somehow tries to find her own style regarding drawing these men. It's typical for new authors to do that because they cant differentiate so specifically. It will change later on. (▰˘◡˘▰)
Ugh! As much as i love the art I WISH THE ARTIST WOULD STOP CUTTING MOST THE IMPORTANT DETAILS IN THE STORY LIKE BRO doesn't escape till like arc 2, it feels so rushed and guys believe me it's such a good story to read!

I'm currently reading it and I'm only a few chapters further along than the story right now. The artist isn't really leaving anything out, it's just a fast paced novel. The only detail they left out this chapter was that during the process of getting his stitches removed he tucked his head into MLs hand.
You also need to consider that going from one medium to another cannot be done well if you don't reconstruct the scene a little. MC does have more inner monologue in the novel but no one would enjoy a pictures with too much text over them. The artist does a good job showing the emotions through facial expressions and body language.
Are there specific scenes that are being skipped? I'd like to understand what you mean when you say they are skipping content.

I looked abit in the novel but I think the important part they left out was pretty much unnecessary. All we need is mc turning back into a human. We would have like 100+ chapters if we put everything into webtoon. There are limits to how much u can draw.

I peeked in....it having 144 ch....and after 110 ch ML began to wake up...when their child born 3 month sooner, and MC nearly died....MC is broke. I skipped multiple chapters, mostly the abuse and rape....an I dropped at that point.....
