i enjoy how arrogant she is, im rather used to the soft types, so having a mc that has some sort of imperfection makes this story much more fun

i dont hate him because if he simply is being fooled then what could i hate him for? sure i dislike the guy for being a total jerk. but him and the concubine thing are on different levels of hate. the concubine knows what shes doing is wrong, but simply doesnt care.
I see your point but personally, I despise idiots more than schemers. At least schemers work on something, regardless of how bad it is. Idiots are just following behind schemers blindly.
