and PD was actually the second lead in the main series?? Is this spin-off in the past and PD and jooyeong don't end together?? I'm gonna cry

You reading this spin-off won't affect your reading of the main series that much. Aside from the pd, no other character appears there. It's about a different couple and the pd might be a "2nd ml" but I think his presence wasn't really equal to the 1st ml.
Also the spin-off is mix of past and present, so the main series is actually in between. So the only thing you've basically spoiled to yourself about the main series is who's the end game.
I personally thing the two webtoons give different vibe. This one is more mature and serious. While the other is a bit cutesy and funny.

Frankly I got curious about the pd and started reading the main series . It's nice ish but duller than this one so I couldn't finish it in one go . And no ,till 80% of that series there's nothing important worth knowing for this series

i recommend reading it although the the vibes are mostly different
the couple is cute and immature
cooking show drama and the drama surrounding it is bolder and funnier in the main series imo

He is originally sick. So maybe bcz of his illness or let it be an accident. The important thing is that he is dead. He deserved dying at young age bcz he is evil and if he were to grow up he would have hurt a lot of ppl

And I have a suspicion that he was the one how killed his twin, they didn't say how the twin die and know asshole personality it could be easily him who caused the death of the twin

I said that bc he is a freak who wants all attention on him, I can't imagined he being ok having a twin. And well there's some of criminal cases that have be a similar situation like a twin or a brother killing the other bc they can't stand the other and have to be the only one, and some of these where done in quite young age, it's was disturbing young age. But I hope we learn more about the twin death. And I kinda wanna see the parents discovering the all the truth, in case they didn't know, I wanna they suffer for not looking after ml and let all this happen. well tbh it was pretty vague as its never mentioned to be cannibalism in this book or other ones that ive read that it had to be sexual TT.

The most prominent explanation its always said is the cakes having contact with anything so the forks can taste-- just like the scenes where ml fed the chocolate to the mc, in which the mc could taste the choco cs it was covered in his saliva. idk man this verse is still fairly newish and im lost as well

I see no difference in his behavior. Jaekyung just straight up told him to come back to him without even apologizing or seeming sorry for what he did — He just obsessively him and sowed up out of nowhere, straight up told doc Dan "Quit your job and start working to me again" like nothing happened and that's it LOL.
To me it seems he was just trying to get what he wanted rather than making up for his mistakes or something, being egocentric just like he always was. What he said in a nutshell was: "I know about the spray thing, but I won't apologize (and don't feel bad for it) for being a motherfucker and treating you like shit ever since we started living together, so now I'm demanding you to work to me just because I want to and I don't care about that you think".

The difference between then and now is he's fking talking to him calmly, back to how he was 1st chapters, do you really thing he would let him go like that?? Do you think he would search for the reason to why he refused (he asked him if it was bc of his granny). You don't even see that there's progress. The ss2 just started obviously, he will not say sorry so soon lmao but he already started to change.
