The hoodie boy is actually the hoodie girl from previous ch. The app has a special tools named 'sense' so she can messing around with her target's sense and trap him in his fantasy or hallucination. It's actually only happened in her app not in reality so the hoodie boy didn't really exist.. it just her in the man feature coming to rape the target in their imagination.
Idk, the story is kinda creepy for me :(
