Yeah it’s one of those stories where by the end it will probably all make sense. All the little details will eventually make a bigger picture you missed the first time around. I love stories like this where you really have to look into it and theorise on what will happen

Jack went through 14 years of higher education, and now a surgeon, he should be at least 35. I imagine them to be more aged, weathered, mature, more buffed, more Daddy vibe maybe?
Anyway, it is a western novel, the ML conform to western idea of manliness. While webtoon target audience like bi-shounen more i guess.
