Am I the only one who doesn't want him to get with the girl? I also don't want there to be romance. Although they are around the "same age", he has lived an entire life as an older man AND a whole other 19 year! His mental age is probably over 60. Also, in MY eyes, they don't have this "cute" chemistry that everyone was talking about. I also feel like romance is soooo overplayed and overdone and it can sometimes ruin the quality and greatness of the story and its plot. She isn't really an interesting character. She is a super bland plain Jane who is young with a long lasting shallow crush on a "boy" she acted with as a child that caused attachment. Ths main character has so much more depth (which makes sense) and I feel like romance with her (or anyone) will dilute him.
