The guy from the underworld already has a strike bc he sees the uke as a reincarnate of his past love and not for who he is
The manipulative guy is plain trash
The uke is wishy washy and just not appealing as a character. Doesn't seem strong willed or smart.. no chemistry with the ML either.
I am just reading this for the revenge against the ex who stole his song... when is that going to happen?
bc AT THIS RATE ALL OF EM ARE ANNOYING LOL

She was asking all these questions and forgot to mention to hamel that the book was stolen... LIKE HELLO.. THIS FL is grating my nerves a bit lol hopefully this is solved quickly and not dragged on throughout this whole story....
Kiki is trash and im waiting for his demise, but the way this story is going i dont think its going to happen. Instead its going to focus on the romance between ginger and the ML ://

Both of the candidates seem shady to me.. and the way this is the first time marie couldn't remember her dream?? its a sign that her abilities do not want to help this candidate :/
The black hair one is rude and upfront, but its too obvious shes a villian.. the BLONDE one is giving me ominous vibes by her smirk and how she is practically using Marie to leverage herself.. using a sob story but at the same time being conniving..
In the end ima say both are not it.. MARIE ITS BEEN FOREVER!!! JUST ADMIT WHO U ARE AND SOLVE ALL THE PROBLEMS AT ONCE!!! where is her brain capability... come on now

I had to skip these chapters lol it dragged on too long but the beginning was very interesting. I couldn't stand Asago?? or idk her name but the blond girl clinging onto the ML. She threatens Ryuji's family if she falls in love with the ML.. so dumb. She did nothing to further the plot except cause grief and for the ML to get shot bc of her incompetence.
Anyways, overall its interesting at first but I stopped reading bc it dragged on too long and idk the plot. I just couldn't stand that blonde one at all.

Terrible start, no redeemable characters and the ML has been abused and humiliated since ch 1... and literally refers himself as a toy.
The FL is not likeable either and there is no chemistry between the ML and FL. Don't waste your time on this.. each chapter is unbearable and I can't believe the trauma towards the ML is accepted bc the FL is "attractive". She literally tries to kill him.
Overall dropped. 1) NO plot 2) NO chemistry between the FL and ML
3) ML is forced to have sex with the FL unwillingly and sees himself as a toy. This is so terribly written.
AND FOR ANYONE saying omg what about the countless other mangas where the roles are reversed... it doesnt make this manga any better lol
and at least when its reversed there seems to be some form of chemistry, the ML here is literally disgusted with himself..

I do not like this notion of the soul swap, so that means no matter what; he is actually in love with Beatrice instead of Raelina.
The whole charm of the story was going against fate and choosing someone u love, but as the story progresses its like fate cannot be altered.
It sucks for the real Raelina, bc no matter what her life will always be the side character. Her whole life she has been ignored/ treated unfairly. Now she is portrayed as a villainess SOLELY to make the lead look better.
I wish the real Raelina could take matters into her own hands and instead of chasing someone else, make her own happiness.
As of now I am a bit disappointed with the direction of the story.

hold on, the reason she is seen as a villainess is because she attempted on multiple occasions to take "Raelianas" life. The way you phrased it it kinda sounds like she never did anything to be condemned for...
Had she only tried to come onto noah or completely kept herself out of the main protags lifes we would have merely thought of her as a love rival, not a villainess.
Now, if you mean that her purpose as a character in the story is only to be a contrast to the fl and create a point of tension in the plot and help it move further along, I would have to wholeheartedly agree with you. It seems like in this story no matter what she would have chosen to do she could have never become who she wanted to be and I am kind of sad for her that she isn't able to let go of that idea of what she thinks to be the perfect life. I would hope for her to atone for her crimes and afterwards find her own purpose in life and be happy in her own way.

I get how my words can be interpreted that way! I should have emphasized that her crimes as the villainess were unnecessary. I agree that Raelina is not a character whose actions should be excused solely bc of her tragic past. You hit the mark about my frustration with having her character only used to contrast against the FL.
No matter what, the real Raelina's personality is twisted/evil, however my gripe was with the soul swapping. Personally, I found this story charming bc the ML and FL were fighting against fate to fall in love with each other. But with how this seems to be progressing, it seems that no matter what they will "find" each other. Which can be charming also, but it kind of flips the whole story for me.
To be clear, I agree with ur response completely!

Yes I am entirely agreeing with you. I love the classic soul-switching. I really thought that they were going to go against their own fate. It is not really shiny for me the theme of "fated love" or "destined to be together" because you have the power to change your destiny. They are not defying their own destiny.
Although the real rae's crimes were unjustifiable, I think the author use it to justify the recurring theme of beatrice and noah will always be together.

Can someone clarify how the seme was involved with the bone marrow implant that was supposed to save Zhishu? :"(
Did he help the other person secure the bone marrow? Or just celebrated with the guy?
Either way this really hurt..
I'm too sad to read everything again, but this detail keeps hurting me a lot.

I WAS SO MAD MY STOMACH HURT!!! literally BOTH seme and uke were terrible people. Seme a cheating asshole who literally tortured the uke for 20 years and countless girls.
Uke that just lets this happen and could have easily got with another person, which he did but still wanted his best friend...
so i guess both of them suited each other bc they were both seeing other people :/
it would have been better if the uke got with someone else and we had a whole chapter of the seme regretting.. that would make this manga ten times better.
ive been following this manga for a couple years and i cant believe its completed now!
i feel a bit unsatisfied in the end bc nothing was really resolved.. like at all?
what about meeting the parents? living together?
Hopefully there could be a time skip chapter in the future.. bc this ending feels so EMPTY!! the uke's happiness was solely based on getting with the seme.. come on now :/
