It doesn’t look like a body of a 12-14 year old to me (considering the hole picture), but his dick is drawn or to small (what makes it looks like it’s underdeveloped like you said) or just ugly, like made wtv in a hurry, it really bugs me, because the artist is great in everything else and sure can make something more realistic. Well just my opinion…
The sister is really a turn down for me, doesn’t quite like when there’s someone that also transmigrated and knows the whole thing besides the MC, it makes the transmigrating thing like common occurrence, I don’t know.
How could anyone treat the characters in a game like humans? When you are playing video game you humanize everyone? No, you play by a objective and do what you have to do to get to it, even if in real life you would condemn some of the actions. That’s what she’s been doing till now, she sees herself in a game where she have to do what the game demands so she gets out and don’t DIE, can we really be judgemental about her actions? She’s been literally living by constant fear of dying since she entered this world and seen this as a cruel game that she must get out as soon as possible…

I think they are both very well constructed characters and I love how they got together… but this kind of trope right now “the so said friends that tries to harm them” and the “abusing father that comes back for money”, it’s tiresome, don’t get me wrong, not that it’s bad written, but that it’s very common in a LOT of stories and I don’t wanna go through it again, so see you all when there’s a lot of more chapters available and I can read all of the drama in one go.
I love their relationship so much and I wish they would swift in bed eventually, since the bottom used to be a top.
