What are these tickets ? I’m confused
They are the tickets to get into the venue. He was given two by other hunters and then ML made him come with one of his tickets. MC brought all the tickets but only used the one ML gave to get in. The beeping machine can tell when there are tickets that aren't scanned and MC brought the two tickets that were given to him and since they didn't get scanned, they are unregistered
VIP ticket , only VIP hunter can have those and must register before entering inside.

It’s making me so damn angry that he’s not doing anything to get him out of that house. He sees him, sees that his in a trash condition and just want to fucking kiss him and nothing more?

I tried looking for spoilers but didn’t find any so this is just my assumption.
When you’re in position of power, timing and strategy is everything. While ML is the king of Epssen, the current political restraints & turmoil between Epssen and MC’s country is holding him back. If I remember correctly he’s been trying to negotiate with the current lord, to no avail. From what I understand, ML is just trying to not be reckless so MC won’t be put in an even worse situation… because it is heavily implied their relationship is not exactly secret to a lot of people.
ML’s plans and intentions is not revealed yet because well… storytelling.
