Yes you are right, anything that is synonymous to dirty. The direct meaning of draggled is to dirty or to wet something by dragging, so I think it connects to his statement that no one will match the ukes taste or no one will the satisfy the uke or something, because when uke and seme had sex he easily gets wet or something, this is just my guess. We have a professor like that. Since the pandemic is still ongoing I and my classmate experienced our professors lack of understanding and emphaty.
