Hi, the official release (or it's already been releasing) is on TappyToon. There is an option on TappyToon to use points and you can earn points by watching ads. I'm using ads to to earn points and I have never use money to buy a chapter. I sometimes watch ads if I'm watching tv or not using my phone. I hope this helps.
