Mc and Ml “broke up”. So ML ignored mc and cut off contact for half a year. 5 months after the break up MC decided to move on instead of waiting and decided to give that a guy named Jin a chance to court him for a serious relationship. They got intimate as mentioned in the novel but MC confirmed it never led to any penetrative sex for some reason. So you can assume they kissed and maybe to touched each other but they never went further. MC was about to finally just settle with that guy but then ML showed up again 6 months after break up.
