I love nozomu, teppei was like ehh he wasnt the worst top ive seen but he wasnt the best he would kinda pressure nozomu into agreeing with him if u didnt notice he did it a lott. He was also really easily jealous and wouldnt listen to his partner, driving nozomu to do shit to prove himself to him but overall it wasnt a bad story teppei just wasnt the best tbh.
