Would read berserk if it was a novel but the art is...compelling to say the least.
When you can move try getting something to heat up, like a towel, or smth ontop of your abdomen if you don't have a heating pad. Or stay in a position for a while and let your body heat up. Maybe take a nap or something. I don't know what else I can say because I don't have bad cramps most of the time. Hope you feel better soon
