Honestly this was a pretty light read and I liked that it ended up being like this c: one thing that I’m a bit disappointed about lol (but it’s just a personal thing and not a criticism towards the author) is that I wish there was more of a designing aspect in the story :’)) the mc is a fashion designer and I wish I could’ve seen more of his work haha :’))
same!! would’ve loved to see him design an entire wardrobe of outfits for the ml to wear at the show. plus, i really wanted to see his past work as well as the sketches he was making in the present. the author mentioned in one of their notes than them and fashion are on opposite ends, and they didn’t know much about it anyway, so ig that’s why they incorporated so little of it into this

Just bc he gets his memories back doesn’t mean it’ll be worse tho imo :’) bc of the trauma, he must’ve repressed them. maybe him getting them back means he’s healing and finally coming into terms w what happened before transitioning forward to the “future.” instead of being stuck in his “past” teenage self
