A sevrant that is serving Leah is secretly monitoring her to the Queen and the gift from Ishakhan was passed to the Queen through said servant if I remember correctly by the happenings in the novel. The matter wasn’t talked about in detail but inside the palace Leah is like a bird in a cage. The Queen is really evil and it shows further in the story. I recommend reading the novel. It’s so tight gripping, frustrating and great at the same time.
