Adults don't leave their jobs just because the workplace isn't convenient for them anymore. At least, that's how it usually works in the real world. Normal people cope with shitty bosses and work environment because surprise, surprise, they need money. Keith should've acted like an adult as well. Sure, the rut probably wasn't something he could control (but Yeonwoo still didn't want it), but he should've acted indifferent towards him the moment their connection ended that badly. Not to mention, it was actually Keith's lack of self-reflection that landed them in this ugly situation. This wouldn't have happened if he had been a decent person, upfront and considerate about what his intentions were when he first slept with Yeonwoo. But nope, he chose to satisfy his wants first. He chose to be an asshole. Yeonwoo had his stupid moments, but Keith is just straight-up a dick.
