Yes and it's a bit creepy, but at the same time they're only a couple years apart. 4th grader vs a middle schooler, so around 2-3 years. Still weird and a bit uncomfortable, but at least it's not like, a 17 year old lusting over a 10 year old.

I know people are all weirded out about the whole 10yr old Tak making Mitsu aroused. Yes it is a bit weird, but I don't think it's something to be that weirded out by.
It's clear Mitsu isn't attracted to children, he's only attracted to Tak. He doesn't wish Tak was still a kid, and he didn't force himself on a child. He protected the child Tak, and did the right thing. He was teenager with crazy hormones and was falling in love the with person Tak was for him, not the child body.
