Ok so from what I saw from the raws and the translation from papago
To me it doesn't look like he is the villain, its just looks like the blue thing had a different purpose than the pink one. But both the pink creature and the blue one made the same contract to help them with their wish. BUT I may be wrong because in the chapter where they were in the arcade hwa help him to kill the green hair dude and still keep it a secret so he may be the villain or involved with the villain but may betray him since he attacked the blue thing to help the red hair dude. I just dont know what to believe at this point lol

Yeah, at first I didn't wanted to believe he was the villain just because of the pictures but once I translated it I got my doubts, especially because I dont know if it was him talking to the blue or pink creature when he said something like "when I decided to grant you a wish" so that's why I'm in between too. We would have to wait to the translations to get caught to know the truth haha.
