I mean, they are even now... aren't they? The first one was the MC not listening to ML and now the second one is ML not listening to MC. They evened out. (●'◡'●)ﾉ That's why, in my personal opinion, the angst will be so painfully good. Bonus if this story turned tragedy. Wonder what happened to the point that it drove ML to be as how he is now.
They can communicate all they want but none of them would budge. On one side, he doesn't want to hear the apology because he was never heard and was hurt instead. Yet still has some or maybe tiny bit of feelings for MC. While the other side is already dead yet found no best way to apologize and instead, just lash out like that. It's all up to ML whether to listen and either forgive or not...or he can keep up all what he is doing now and ignoring MC until MC can become the future Ariel. Oh also, MC need to find best way to apologize.
I've mtl-ed this chapter before, but damn it... it doesn't make it less hurt. His life is filled with shitty people

I wanted to see if it's safe for me to read the latest chapter & since it's the end of season, I went to the comment section first. Thank goodness I did. I ain't reading something that can make my blood boil.
Saw an update for the extras, so I reread it again. I just love how none of the usual drama of if the mc gonna leave ml or drama revolving the ex-wife. It's all nicely done and revolving how in life actually is.
Me too, I really loved this, I actually want the ex wife to meet akio cause girl, she looks awesome and understanding. I bet them meeting would actually be wholesome and hilarious. I can imagine the ex wife teasing them. And her being a mother is really good too how she treats them. Other story would just make the mother bad and neglectful but this story is just so good in different level I actually want to see more. I hope I can buy a hard copy of this story and have a conversation with the author on how cool they actually huhu
